{"id":813,"date":"2020-09-23T15:42:37","date_gmt":"2020-09-23T14:42:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/evwired.com\/?page_id=813"},"modified":"2020-09-23T15:42:37","modified_gmt":"2020-09-23T14:42:37","slug":"returns-warranty","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vigorous-keller.95-172-16-185.plesk.page\/index.php\/returns-warranty\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns &#038; Warranty"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>RETURNS AND WARRANTY<\/h2>\n<h1 dir=\"ltr\">30 Day Right To Reject<\/h1>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The UK Government&#8217;s Consumer Rights Act (2015) gives you an early right to reject goods that are deemed of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and receive a full refund for the goods.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This &#8216;early right to reject&#8217; may be applied to any unsatisfactory goods you receive within 30 days of you taking ownership of them \u2013 i.e. from the date you received the goods.<\/p>\n<h1 dir=\"ltr\">Our Warranty To You<\/h1>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If it seems your EV cable has become inoperative or developed a fault within the first 60 months of your purchase, please get in contact with us. Our excellent customer service are experts in the field and always happy to help!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Electric Vehicle charging is a complex electrical process and faults may arise from any number of the different connected systems involved (for instance, faults may pertain to the charging network, vehicle charging, home charging stations, different charging networks&#8217; specific requirements etc).
