Suggestions can be made to us, however, we have no obligation to act upon these proposals, or any obligation to make changes, in general to our website. 

EV Wired Ltd has the right to refuse service to any user at any time and for any reason. By agreeing to the Terms of Service all users agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our service, without express written permission from us. Any violation of our Terms of Service will lead to the immediate end of any services provided by EV Wired Ltd to you, the user. 

The price of the products and other additional charges such as shipping is current at the time of display. EV Wired Ltd has the right to change the prices of any of our products without giving notice. All prices on the website include VAT at the rate that is applicable at the time of purchase. Descriptions, images, and other content contained within product pages, landing pages, or elsewhere on the website can also be amended at the discretion of EV Wired Ltd. 

We reserve the right to limit or reject any of the products and services that we offer regardless of, or as a result of geographic region/jurisdiction. Similarly, when an order has been submitted on the website, we have the right to reject the order or refuse service for any reason.

When an order is placed on evwired.com we will email an order confirmation to you, however, we still reserve the right to refuse the order at our discretion. Orders will not be dispatched by EV Wired Ltd until payment has been made in full unless an alternative payment method has been arranged in a written agreement. The purchase information provided by all users MUST be up to date; this includes billing and delivery addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and card information. We accept no responsibility for issues that are caused as a result of incorrect information being provided to our EV Wired Ltd. 

All products on our website are subject to a 30-day ‘Right to Reject’ guarantee, as outlined by the Consumer Rights Act (2015). Our products are also covered by a 60-month warranty (subject to terms). We do not take responsibility for damages caused by couriers during the delivery process or damages caused by the inappropriate use of any product by a customer.
